
Blackcurrant Mojito
A bold, fruity twist on a mojito classic. Bamba Jaba Blackcurrant Juice meets fresh mint and white rum.

Ingredients
150 ml Bamba Jaba Blackcurrant Juice(chilled)
50 ml light white rum
15 ml lime juice(freshly squeezed)
3-5 fresh mint leaves
Plenty ice
Garnish: A fresh mint sprig and a lime wedge on the rim.
Instructions
1. Muddle the mint
Place the mint leaves in a glass and add the lime juice. Lightly crush the mint with a muddler or the back of a spoon to release the flavor. Do not over-muddle.
2. Build the drink
Add plenty of ice, then pour in the rum and Bamba Jaba Blackcurrant Juice.
3. Stir and serve
Give it a gentle stir to combine and serve immediately.
